2. The problems reflected in the letters should be related to the graduate education. The situation should be objective and verified; please give your real name and leave your contact telephone number or an e-mail address for reply.

3. Your letter will be replied within 3 days; if it cannot be replied in time, a reasonable reply will be given within 7 working days.
